This ECS web interface is designed to provide you with the most current information pertaining to an event called by the New York Independent System Operator. Once an event is activated, please submit the information below:

NYISO has called a reduction event for Wednesday, February 17th

Reduce all electricity possible during the 1 hour time period specified in the email you received. In order to remain in the program and continue receiving payments, it is imperative that you reduce as much electricity as possible between these hours.  This will be your only opportunity to perform this winter period and your winter payment will be directly related to how well you do.  Failing to perform will also impact your $$$ in future periods, so please make sure you reduce everything and anything possible. Avoid using any equipment which uses significant electricity. 

Please note that you will also receive automated or direct telephone calls from either our system or ECS employees, as well as emails.
